Since 2018, New Brighton has quietly become a canvas for local and international artists. What started with a few murals has grown into a walkable open-air gallery across the Victoria Quarter and beyond.
From Nerone’s dripping flowers to Fanakapan’s “I Heart NB” balloons, and the towering tribute to Mersey Ferry captain Mike Lowe, each piece marks a moment in the town’s story.
Follow the pins. Walk the streets. Discover the murals waiting around each corner.

“Morning Lights” is a series shaped by the shifting colours of each season and the way early light moves across the natural world. The quiet blue tones of winter. The soft break of spring. The saturation of summer. The warmth of golden hour as it settles on flowers, branches and stone. These small changes in light sit at the heart of the work.
